Cleaning and Care
● The vintage kimono, the raw material of KIMONO REBORN clothes, are carefully selected for their quality. They are mostly silk, and some are cotton and wool. We have very few synthetic fiber kimono.
● They are delicate items, so we strongly recommend Dry Cleaning Only.
In particular, the garments with metal threads need Dry Cleaning since the metal threads will shrink when saturated.
● At your own risk, they can be gently hand washed with neutral detergent in cold water at home by washing separately from other clothes. However, please understand that we cannot assume any responsibility for damages or color fading due to hand washing at home.
● If you don’t use Dry Cleaning, please consult us in advance for your fabric choice by email.

Our online shop
● Our website uses the Payment Gateway service via Omise’s system, which is highly secure and supports payments via credit card, debit card, or Paypal worldwide by filling in your credit card or Paypal information and pressing payment. If you do not wish to enter your credit card information online, you may use bank transfer. However, please acknowledge that you are responsible for the bank transfer fee.
● Our online store is also hosted on Etsy Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
● Your data is stored through Omise’s system and Etsy’s data storage, databases and the general Omise’s system and Etsy application. They will store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Shipping
● The ordered items will be shipped Monday through Friday, within five days from the ordered date.
● Within Thailand, orders will be shipped by Kerry Express (Thailand) Public Company Limited which will usually take 1-2 days to deliver.
● Overseas orders will be shipped by UPS Parcel Delivery Service Ltd.(Thailand). It will provably take about 5-7 days to deliver during business hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. You can track the process of shipping with the shipping company sites.
● UPS requires a physical address to make deliveries. Please include a physical shipping address when making a purchase.
● We are not responsible for any delays caused by weather, customs clearance process, and other reasons. Shipping may become impossible without prior notice due to the circumstances in each country. Please note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
● Shipping fee will differ depending on the delivery destination and the weight of the purchased products. For detail, please check with them.

Customs Fees / Duty Charges
● K.M.Tomyam Co.,Ltd., a managing company of the KIMONO REBORN is located in Thailand. Any orders that are placed from outside Thailand are subject to customs fees based on the shipping address given at the time of purchase. Each country/state has its own regulations and rates for items being imported from Thailand. UPS will collect these fees on behalf of the country of importation. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of possible customs charges when making a purchase.
● Please note that a refusal of a customs fee payment will warrant the order being returned to us, at our expense. If you wish to receive a refund of a refused order, the return charges will be deducted from your refund.
Return & Refund
Returns
● Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
● To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please write an email to kmtomyam2012@gmail.com, to let us know about the reasons for your return before sending your return item to us.
● Non-returnable items are our sales clothes. This includes anything that was purchased during our promotion periods.
● To complete your return, we require an original receipt or a legible copy. Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged for reasons not due to our error, is ineligible for return/refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
● Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and sent to you via Paypal or Omise method of payment, within 30-60 business days. The term of refunds will depend on the policies of each bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
● If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kmtomyam2012@gmail.com,.
Shipping of your return
● You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling fees (eventual custom fees or paypal fees) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
● Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When you return your purchase, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in order to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
